Central Florida service businesses

We sell each trade in each city exactly once.

We find people across Central Florida who are already looking to hire, and we hand their contact details to one business per trade in each city. The day a roofer takes Winter Park, Winter Park roofing comes off the board and stays off until that roofer leaves.

No contract · leads by text and email · your slot held while you are active

Plain english

What we mean by lead generation

Lead generation means we do the finding. We build and run the pages, the map and directory listings, the paid placements and the answer-engine work that put your trade in front of people in Central Florida at the moment they decide to hire someone. When one of those people fills in a form or picks up the phone, their name, number and job description land on your phone. You quote it. You do the work. You keep the money.

The part worth understanding is that you are not buying advertising and you are not buying a website. Advertising is something you have to keep watching. A website is something that has to be found before it does anything at all. What you are buying here is the contact details of a person who raised their hand in your service area this week, and the exclusive right to be the only company in your trade we hand those details to.

A lead sold twice is worth about half as much, and everybody in the deal knows it.

That is the whole reason for the one-per-city rule. If we sold Orlando roofing to four roofers, all four would be racing the same homeowner, all four would discount to win, and all four would eventually conclude that our leads were rubbish. Selling it once costs us volume and it is still the better business, because the roofer who has it stays.

What people expect
What this is
A website that sits there and waits for someone to find it
Search pages, listings and answer-engine work built to be found, with the contact sent straight to you.
A directory that lists every plumber in the county side by side
One plumber per city, so the person calling is not comparison shopping inside our own page.
A marketplace lead resold to four companies who all call within the hour
The lead goes to one phone. Yours.
A monthly report about impressions and reach
A count of contacts, where each one came from, and what you did with it.

Your numbers, not ours

Work out what a lead is worth to you before you ask what one costs

We are not going to put a promised lead count on a web page. Move the sliders to whatever you think is realistic for your trade and see whether the arithmetic holds up. If it does not hold up at a number you would accept, do not buy leads from anyone.

$650

What one finished job is worth to you on average, before costs.

35%

Out of every hundred people you quote, how many say yes.

20

A number you pick to test the math. Nothing on this page is a promise of volume, and any company that puts one in writing before seeing your trade is guessing.

$45

Your own ceiling. Set it where it would still be worth doing.
Jobs won per month 7
Revenue from those jobs $4,550
What the leads cost you $900
Cost to win one job $129
Back for every dollar spent $5.06

Revenue, not profit. Take your materials, labor and overhead out of the job value if you want the honest version.

One per trade, per city

What a slot is, and what happens when yours is taken

A slot is one trade in one city. Pressure washing in Clermont is a slot. Pressure washing in Winter Garden is a different slot. Roofing in Clermont is a different slot again. When you take one, every lead we generate for that trade inside that service area goes to you and to nobody else, for as long as you are active.

If your trade in your city is already taken, we will say so on the first call rather than selling you something next to it. You can take a neighboring city, take a second trade you already do, or wait for the one you want. When a business leaves, the slot goes back on the board and the people waiting on it hear first.

The board below is the current state of Central Florida. It is maintained by hand and it is accurate on the day it changes, not to the minute, so treat a green tag as worth asking about rather than as a reservation.

From the first call to the first quote

What the first six weeks look like

The first conversation is short and it is mostly us asking whether your slot is free and whether the numbers you just ran are numbers you would actually sign for. If either answer is no, that is the end of it and nobody has wasted a week.

If it is a yes, the next fortnight is build. Your trade and city get their own pages, their own listings and their own tracked phone number that rings your real phone. We write the pages so that search engines and the AI assistants people now ask for recommendations can both read what you do and where you do it. Nothing goes live with a placeholder in it.

After that the leads start arriving, and how they arrive matters more than most people expect. A form submission is texted and emailed to you inside a minute, with the name, the number, the suburb and what they said they needed. A call rings your phone the way any other call does. At the end of each month you get a count of what came in, which page or listing it came from, and a note of which ones you told us went nowhere so we can stop attracting more of those.

Six weeks in you will know whether this works for your trade, and you will know it from your own booking calendar rather than from a report we wrote.

What it costs

The price depends on the trade and the city, and we quote it before you commit

A roofing lead in Winter Park and a lawn-care lead in Deltona are not worth the same money and it would be dishonest to price them the same. There are two ways this gets billed. Either a flat monthly figure that covers the slot and everything we run inside it, or a price per lead with a monthly ceiling so you can never be surprised by a busy month. Most businesses take the flat figure because it is easier to plan around.

Whichever way you go, you see the number before you agree to anything, it is month to month, and the arithmetic you ran further up this page is the arithmetic we will hold ourselves to when we quote it.

Questions we get

The things contractors ask before they sign

What counts as one city?

A city is the municipality plus the ring of it you actually drive to. When you sign we write your service area down in plain English and that is the boundary. If you take Clermont and someone in Groveland asks for the same trade, we come back to you first because it is inside your drive, and if it is not we tell you that too.

What happens if my trade is already taken in my city?

We tell you it is taken and we do not sell you something adjacent to keep you on the hook. You can take a neighboring city, take a related trade you also do, or sit on the list for the one you want. Slots come back more often than you would think.

Do I own the leads?

Yes. They arrive in your inbox and your phone, they are yours to keep, and nothing stops you putting them into your own system. We keep a copy so we can count what we sent you and settle any argument about it later.

Are these people ready to buy?

They are people who searched for the work, read something about it, and then filled in a form or called a number. That is a long way past a cold list and a long way short of a signed job. You still have to quote it and you still have to answer the phone. Businesses that call back inside ten minutes get a very different result from ones that call back the next afternoon.

How fast do leads reach me?

Text and email inside a minute of the form being submitted. Calls ring your real phone through a tracked number, so it is your normal phone that rings and the call is still counted.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. The trade-and-city slot is held for as long as you are active. If you stop, the slot goes back on the board and somebody else in your trade can take it.

Who runs this?

Orlando Lead Generation is operated by Gold Strategics, a Central Florida web and marketing company. Same people, same phone, same office.

Check your slot

Tell us your trade and your city and we will tell you if the slot is still open

You get a straight answer, in writing, usually the same day. If the slot is taken we say so and tell you what is next to it. Nobody rings you six times.

Your details go to Gold Strategics, who operate this service. They are not sold, shared or added to a marketing list.
